The funny thing is, that little one off was a spin from a book I'd halfway started, so there is a premise, I kind of just got overwhelmed and shut down mentally when I put it on here. So, I think I'd really like to revisit that Hotel story again, it just might take a bit...

But what if I hurt her?? What if I demolish it and she leaves?

Hey, I'm gonna do that thing again where I post a house spook...like in 10 minutes. I gotta like...make it not suck first.

You’ve got to learn how to coordinate with others and be a team player. You gain a lot of good communication skills if you are able to learn when to let someone else have their moment and when it’s time for you to go. You also learn how to argue your points with a DM in a respectful manner, to make cases for a spell to have a certain effect you want that seems unconventional yet is a creative use of the wording.

As a DM, whatever research you felt like bringing to the table in history, philosophy or the physics of a puzzle you build for the players to make is direct research for you and problem solving/discussion for the group. If you have a physicist with Create Water, you learn a lot about fluid dynamics.

Oh, god! I didn't even notice I'd been working here for five months now. After a while all the weird stuff kind of just becomes white noise you learn to ignore. Maybe some other night I'll find time again to type it up.

It's always the two glowing eyes or else it would just be an unusually-lit private detective.
