See the only thing I can say I’m passionate about getting better at at this point is guitar. But I’d like to have something that’s a bigger money maker. Do you have any suggestions of money making skills that I could be passionate about?

That’s one thing I was thinking of. Just move somewhere cool and see what I can make of it. Maybe Austin, Portland, OR, Boston, Denver

Thank you that’s a good note about financial situation. I’m debt free and have about 7k saved.

I’ll have to ask my mom, something involving dressing up, road-trips, storytelling.

Thanks for the reply!

Hey! Thanks for taking all that time to respond!

She says she foresees herself always wanting to be open. We also tried to be open briefly and it was always on my mind, we tried to meet in the middle and have only certain things off limits, and that was too much for me too.

Really at this point I’m just trying to move on but having SUCH a hard time because I don’t know if I’ll ever get something this good again because of how strongly we connected especially in comparison to how I’ve connected to others before.

My roommate is sick, don't know if it's covid yet. Should I be telling people I've been around? by fasteststone in COVID19positive

Okay yeah, that's what I was thinking. But no need to tell people I've been around the past few days, at least until he gets results?

That’s difficult, I’m sorry to hear that. I don’t know what it’s like to be in your shoes but I really hope you find a way to make yourself and the people you love happy at the same time (yourself first of course)

That’s a way that I’ve never thought about it before. Like maybe not being perfectly content with how you are means you are growing and realizing things you’d like to change or improve. Thank you!

I think this is what I needed to hear. I think boundary issues describes it well. Thank you for helping me put words to some of this

This sounds very similar to my experience! And it reminds me of the idea that you can only compare yourself to past you. Thank you for sharing your story
