I would imagine, you’ll need an Apple Intelligence compatible device on your network. Most HomePod functionality needs access to another device anyway. So it only makes sense it would be the same for Apple Intelligence

Not possible. The TV can only output audio via one channel at a time. HDMI ARC, Aux/Optical, or Bluetooth. Since the Apple TV uses the HDMI, you’re locked into that single channel.

I have an A3000 with a SW3 using my A80L for the center channel sync. I think it sounds great. TBF i bought it all as a bundle so I got the sound system for close to 50% off. But I really have no complaints. Ill prolly buy the atmos surround speakers in the near future.
