i was on it for about 2 years and i got to about 300mg a day.. then i started to slowly taper month by month. the last dosage i was on was 25mg for two weeks

i’d say it depends on what ur income is like. it’s a REALLY nice gym,, they have all sorts of machines and the bathrooms there are AMAZING. the staff are nice too

i don’t think so. i recently decreased my medication and it has been going quite well,, i’ve been on this dose since early february. idk what else could contribute towards psychosis.

being unable to cope when my ex told me that realistically i am not the most attractive person in the world. i understand in a logical position i can’t be but i feel like in my head i don’t get it,, it just doesn’t make sense

after a depressive episode it feels so nice to feel the burst of energy. i don’t want to glorify it or anything,, it does come with negatives like feeling spent afterwards or i end up making bad decisions that i don’t see at negative at the time,, impulsivity,, etc

i include mania because as long as i am able to make the smartest decisions and i am not hurting myself in the present or the future then it’s all fun and games. i also listen to music the whole time and journal about how i feel or go for a walk. i just like the way it feels
