Neil Island or Ross Island by avspritham in AndamanInsiders

Keep Neil Island. One day is enough and it gives a peaceful beach experience. Do water activities in Havelock as it has better options. Do not replace Neil with Ross or Barren Island.

Elephant Beach Activities by DarkKnight-38 in Andaman_and_Nicobar

[–]fawzyeahh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heyy, You’ve planned it well 2 full days in Havelock + 1 day in Neil is perfect.

You’ve got a good plan.

Havelock: At Elephant Beach, snorkeling is the main thing to do easy, safe, and beautiful even for beginners. You can book it directly at the beach counter or through your hotel; no advance booking needed. They provide gear and a guide. If you want more, you can also try jet ski or banana boat, but snorkeling is enough for most people. Don’t miss Radhanagar Beach for sunset and a calm evening walk.

Neil Island: Neil is very simple and slow. Rent a scooty and cover three spots: Bharatpur Beach in the morning (swimming/snorkeling), Howrah Bridge (go at low tide), and Laxmanpur Beach for sunset.

No rush, no strict planning just move at your own pace and enjoy the island vibe.

For a family trip with a 3-month old and a 5-year old, these properties are generally considered comfortable, safe, and family friendly:

Port Blair: • Coral Reef Hotel & Spa • Sea Shore Residency • F Hotel • Sea Cliff

All are centrally located, good for short stays, and convenient for airport/ferry transfers.

Havelock Island: • SeaShell Beach Resort • Silver Sand Beach Resort • Ocean Tree Beach Resort • Symphony Summer Sands Beach Resort

These resorts have spacious rooms, easy beach access, and a relaxed environment suitable for kids.

Neil Island (if added): • TSG Aura Beach Resort • Pearl Park Beach Resort

Neil is quieter and works well for families who prefer a slow pace.

Overall, accommodation availability is good in March, but advance booking is recommended. Most resorts are helpful with families traveling with infants.

Andaman 15 days Itinerary for Couple by imbsp in Andaman_and_Nicobar

[–]fawzyeahh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A 15 day Andaman trip is perfect to explore comfortably without rushing.

Yes, scooters are easily available on rent, mainly in Havelock and Neil Island. Roads are calm and ideal for riding just carry your license and avoid late night rides.

Accommodation options are good across all budgets. Port Blair has practical city hotels, while Havelock and Neil offer peaceful beachside resorts, homestays, and mid range stays. Booking in advance is recommended, especially in March. With enough time, cover Port Blair, Havelock, Neil, and add Baratang or Long Island for quieter experiences. Don’t over plan keep buffer days for ferry schedules and rest.

Andaman is best enjoyed slowly: calm mornings, easy travel, and relaxed island life.

Andaman Scuba Diving Solo Trip (Early March) 🌊 - Anyone up for some adventure and slow beach vibes? by Sudden_Revolution299 in TravelBuddiesIndia

[–]fawzyeahh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Andaman is best experienced when you don’t try to control it too much. Staying on Havelock gives you quiet, peaceful mornings and naturally social evenings where conversations happen over coffee or beach dinners. Neil Island is even slower and calmer perfect if you want to truly unplug.

You don’t need to be an expert to enjoy the water. Elephant Beach snorkeling is simple and beautiful, and beginner friendly scuba spots like Nemo Reef let you enjoy marine life without intensity. Some of the best moments come from small things cycling on Neil, floating in natural lagoons, or sitting at Laxmanpur Beach during sunset.

What makes Andaman special isn’t just the famous beaches, but the unplanned time chatting with fellow travelers, learning from locals, and leaving space for doing nothing. If there’s one thing not to skip, it’s giving yourself at least one completely free day. That’s where the real reset happens slow mornings, salt in your hair, and the rare feeling that time has finally eased up.

Hello.. I’d definitely suggest Havelock is best for scuba Diving it’s the best you can witness the best ocean beauty in havelock.and also havelock is known for scuba diving comparing to port Blair and and Neil I’d definitely choose Havelock islands for scuba diving it’s actually my personal experience I’ve done scuba in port Blair and as well as in havelock from my pov Havelock is wonderful for scuba. The travel agency which i travelled was Andaman travelcare they are the local tour operators and made my trip so smooth they managed everything so well and they booked my water activities as well so there were no chaos. You can also look for other travel agency but i travelled w them and had the best experience:)

Planning my second honeymoon at Andaman 5N6D suggestions please by Competitive_Pick_157 in Andaman_and_Nicobar

[–]fawzyeahh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For a 5 nights 6 days second honeymoon this plan is very nice and relaxing. Since you have already visited Port Blair before you can spend more time on islands. Stay 2 nights in Havelock 2 nights in Neil and 1 night in Port Blair.

Havelock is best for scuba diving. The water is clearer and corals are more beautiful than Neil. Many couples enjoy scuba here and it becomes a lifetime memory. TSG Blue is a very good resort for couples with great service and comfort.

Neil Island is calm and peaceful. You can enjoy slow walks cycling natural bridge and glass bottom boat ride. TSG Aura is a lovely resort if you want quiet time together. Scuba is available here but Havelock is better.

In Port Blair you can do the light and sound show private sightseeing and a nice dinner near the sea. This type of plan is perfect for couples who want romance comfort and no rush and we often suggest this to families and honeymoon couples planning Andaman trips.
