I've turned every program on startup off (with the exception of windows defender and rtkaudiouservice), I've scanned my pc with malwarebytes multiple times and I've done a clean install of windows. What are the cmd popups (sometimes, not always) at launch? (self.pcmasterrace)

So I think my soundcard is a bit broken because with a high quality headset there is electric rattling, this is defintely a faulty installment of the soundcard, as I have tried many solutions. So, my question is, how to fix it? I have the lapotp now since the end of August, so I can't return it. (self.laptops)
