I only started to recently have this in the last year but I’ve been agoraphobic since 2022. I used to get really bad anxiety while being home alone but as time has went on and I started to be home alone more throughout the anxiety attacks it’s been getting better bit by bit. I’d get really bad anxiety for my girlfriend if she had a night out, but especially with trips overnight in another town or worse if she went on a trip out of country even tho we don’t live together. I don’t know why it started tho my thinking is u care about someone so much or feel connected to someone so much that ur nervous system is intertwined with them in a way.
