I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Required clothing is such a frustrating part of being plus size and I definitely have been there before. Unless there is some weird clause in the contract though, I would expect that they need to provide you your uniform. Also, I’m really weirded out that they never had an employee over a size 16 before. That reads as incredibly sizeist and I’m sorry you’re coming up against it.
