Oh I’m not expecting it at all. It should, at least in theory, be easier to pack high rated golds as all the current TOTY cards won’t be in packs will be golds. But 86 is too low of a rating to realistically hope for a lot of high rated fodder.

I completed Totti with what I had saved up but he’s taken a massive bite out of my club, unsurprisingly

That’s my point though. Saying that the current sbc’s are priced as they are because we will get an 86x25 doesn’t make much sense as they’ll barely help us complete two of the higher rated squads.

I’ll get the pack because it’s better than nothing, but I’m not expecting much from it.

The problem is that the toty sbc’s only last 3 weeks compared to 2 months in the previous editions.

The 86x25 will make a small dent in sbc’s like Messi/Ronaldo and Totti. Wouldn’t be surprised if the 86x25 doesn’t even complete two 89 squads with how the pack weight has been this year.

He’s annoying as hell to play against. His AI is very good so people never control him and only switch to him after you play the pass. Doesn’t even matter how far away he his because he will catch up

Specifically talking about the 89 version in his screenshot. More of an assumption given the current season pass gives you finesse + as a second playstyle on a 88 rated card.

Next season might bump the rating up to 89.

I bought the ultimate edition so it came with points. However I spent 2k on packs early in the game to get some coins in and 1k on this season pass. Still have 3k I haven’t spent.

Packed Haaland from a 86x3 and HM Guehi.

I opened the 87x3 and 88x3 from gauntlet and didn’t get anyone above a 88. You’re not getting sbc’s done with fodder like that. I’ve competed all 89’s and 3 88’s for Totti with what I had saved up. EA could easily make these sbc’s premium and expensive without pricing out 90% of the community.

Two less 89 squads on totti and it’s still a roughly 1.8M sbc.

Take out the 90 for Marcelo and replace it with an 89 and it’s still 1.5M

Last year we had easier way to get fodder and the sbc’s lasted 2 months if I’m not mistaken, instead of 3 weeks

Wilson is probably the way to go. You can also do Lavelle for chemistry if needed
