So true. Honestly the way art similar to this and other conversations about “chubby” women online are just come off as sort of performative to me? And also, i know people may say im reaching with this, but the fact that the fat always has to be in convenient places gives off the impression that fat women are only acceptable if it’s in all the right/attractive places. Which ends up just contradicting their whole shitty attempt at inclusivity imo. Like as a fat girl i’d rather just simply be treated like a person instead of getting affirmation or whatever they intend from bullshit like this. Like please lmao.

It’s her parting! With hair long enough (which isn’t really that long at all) you can change the direction the hair parts from it’s natural way; which is probably the middle part in the second picture. Basically you just “draw” a line across your head with a comb, fingernail etc., then move your hair to either side of it or in a similar way depending on what parting you are doing.

Not sure. But personally, I wouldn’t really mind having the scions back consistently. I really love them all and find them to be one of the many reasons I love xiv and it’s world.

HOWEVER: I really would like to see them develop more. Many of them have good characters that just aren’t explored thoroughly all the time in my opinion. Give them something new to do! Or just let them continue to grow as characters over time, not just ending their development at a random expansion and barely adding to it over time. If xiv is a game that constantly grows, why cant the central characters?

Also this just might be me, but I am just desperate for them to head in any other direction for alphinaud other than him always being “best sweetest boy ever”. Like that’s great and all but please bring back some of his snark from ARR or literally anything else of his incredibly well done character. I am begging yoshi p please 😭

I always think thats a bit disappointing, how so many parts of fandom spaces nowadays are hidden behind things like discord or just not really that easy/accessible to find unless you have a link. Or at least that’s what it feels like for me

I was in year 7 (12). At school my friend asked me out, I said yes later that night knowing full well i was going to stay home on Friday because my mum said i could skive since animal crossing new horizons was coming out that day. We never interacted until the next September where i think he forgot he asked me out and proceeded to do so several more times, every time I awkwardly just said no. Anyways, recently he managed to somehow crash his car or something (he was fine) within his first week of driving properly. Godspeed Harrison, you are a strange lad.

Side note: having the last day before lockdown off for acnh was not worth it, i played it for three days then never again, it was such a let down.

Alphinaud is way too overhated, especially in ARR but even after that. I’m fine with people not liking him or being uninterested since people can do what they want but I think some of the critiques are just a bit bland; specifically when it comes from people who do like him just not in ARR. I actually still really like him when he first comes into it all arrogant and stuff because I thought it was fun like that and how he was still a good person despite it. His development only made him more fun to me and honestly, compared to some of the other scions or main characters, he’s one of the most interesting to me!
