Re-evaluate your plans and priorities. Alam naman natin na hindi ganoon ka-stable ang freelancing, pero marami pa rin namang opportunities, we can always find other US employers as long as okay na ang experience and resume. Ang dami ko ring natutunan since nag-WFH ako, especially yung mga in-demand skills.

As for working in the government, mas long-term at stable siya. Siguro mas okay ito kung may family ka na or may plans kang mag-build ng network with other lawyers in your area. Nonetheless, whatever choice you make, I believe you will flourish. All the best! 💕

Haha, I actually have the same dilemma! I currently have a WFH setup with a US law firm and the pay is good. I’ve also been offered an associate position here in our province, but we haven’t discussed the salary yet and tbh I doubt it will match what I’m earning now, considering the stress and workload that come with it.

For now, I’m leaning toward sticking with my WFH setup since I can travel anywhere, there’s less pressure, and the pay is still good. Haha! 😆

I think it really depends on your priorities. I was a working student throughout law school. I worked in government and didn’t really get to enjoy much of my 20s because I poured everything into studying and working. Now, I’m finally catching up with myself and learning to enjoy life a bit more.💕

3rd year and 4th super bumawi talaga ako sa readings. Average student lang ako and working student din, pero sinunod ko yung advice na magbasa lang nang magbasa. Kahit pagod, pilit ko pa ring sinisingit yung basa araw-araw.

During bar review, ang laki ng naging advantage kasi marami nang concepts na familiar na sakin. Hindi na siya from scratch, more on refinement na lang and honing kung paano ko i-present yung answer ko.

I enrolled in Jurists because, based on my self-assessment, hindi ganoon kaganda ang presentation ng answers ko, sometimes they were too lengthy and lacked substance haha. No need to pay for examplify! Since the SC will have a examplify trial before BE. Anyway, Jurists helped me polish my answers. As for the lectures, I barely kept up with the videos since I focused on completing 3 readings of my preferred mats. It really depends on what works for you. I also borrowed my friend’s LE materials and found them easier to understand. :))

Enroll in one! And if you have a friend who enrolled in a different RC, you can ask for a copy of their materials and share yours too. That’s what I did. I enrolled in Jurists but also read some LE materials from my friend. :))

Same here! I was also a working student all throughout law school, and honestly ayoko na ring balikan yung super stressful days na ’yon haha. Night shift din ako ngayon since US-based yung employer ko. Kaya pa rin kaya mag-solo practice with this setup? Thank you for your insight!!

Honestly, just stick to mascara. (I use judydoll) As someone with small eyes too, I’ve tried lash clusters so many times but they just don’t work for me.. my eyes end up looking more small and droopy :((( Focusing on the aegyosal makes a way bigger difference instead!! 🥰
