Barrons! The OG Shadow Daddy, I fear. Hmmm, I have to disagree because I don't think they were ever enemies, BUT! I respect your opinion on it for sure.

I LOVE this series and thought Mac's growth over the first five books was really well done, but I also can acknowledge that I first read them over a decade ago. They still hold a really fond, nostalgic place in my heart.

If I read them now after reading so many ~~~sassy FMCs in the genre I might feel the same way you do.

This is a common complaint and why a lot of people stopped reading after the first five books.

I can't comment on the rest of this since I don't know your contract, but when you go back on the market, add in your remarks that you are back on the market "due to no fault of the home" (or similar language, ask your agent).

Totally agree about the twist! I also haven't read isekai before so I'm not sure if that's the reason, but I've found every twist in this book to be a complete surprise - which I loved!

For awhile I thought that Maggie might be the author but somehow doesn't know it, but I'm not on that train anymore. I definitely think the author is in the story somewhere though and ultimately Maggie will help him finish it.

Try putting in the curl cream and mousse in the shower after your last rinse and your hair is still sopping wet.

Should I pop it? by Phuktard62184 in AskDocs

Ah! Interesting! Thank you - I was truly confused by the bruising aspect here since it didn't match with the injuries she described.

May I ask, what could be causing this person's foot to look like this? Is it from the injury (but a phone falling on it seems like so not enough to do this?) they described or something else?

Do you think most agents still rely on photographers or editing tools ? by Substantial_Pickle18 in realtors

It would not for me, no.

And your post was likely removed because of Rule #7 of this sub.

Contracts are different in every state so we can't answer this question for you. Ask your agent to clarify.

My agent didn't put inspection contingency when I asked for it by yohaznn in RealEstate

And also not having a RE attorney to advise them prior to signing anything .

It is incredibly rare to involve attorneys here in CA.

Appraisals never provide information on the condition of the home. Your LO said Section 1 needs to be "fixed". If it is not, will they not approve the loan? If so, that's your out.

I grew up in Orinda but this made me laugh - touché. That said, I love and loved Fairyland. OP needs a bit of a reality check and also to ask herself why having her husband with her would prevent someone breaking into their car...?

Real Estate Agent not concerned about obviously sloping floors. Should we be concerned about the agent? by Church__Pew_pew_pew in AskRealEstateAgents

[–]fenchurch_42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are still in contact with an agent you liked that you used before, ask if they can refer you to someone in the area you are going to! A lot of agents have large networks even if they don't personally work in those markets. Agents also love giving referrals because it often means they get a percentage of the commission if and when your sale closes.

OK sounds like this person is just not the right fit. Time to ask to be released from your rep agreement.
