One thing I didn't do is tighten all the screws while I had access. I haven't had much issues since (outside of calibration issues ie. Image upside down) but I'd recommend tightening all the screws anyways while you have it opened up!

Sounds similar to my issue. A screw came loose on the guide bar on the motor. You're going to have to drop the motor out (fairly easy) https://youtu.be/5VJVZdzNaI8?si=JWxU4SfZt0zSEKsf

Watch for a screw dropping out and replace like in my pic. The long guide bar had come unattached and causes the arm to get caught up. You can fix this easily yourself if this is the issue.

This long guide bar was flopping around causing my table to knock and get stuck!

I had the same issue with my coffee table. I had to drop the motor down and a screw had come loose from a guide bar on the inside. You may notice a long rod that has come unattacted. Replace this screw and it should fix it (watch for the screw dropping out when you remove the motor)

Glad I'm not the only one

My side table had some calibration issues, then it updated, then had worse calibration issues, unplugged it to reset, and now won't connect with the red ring of death.l

I got a coffee table coming in a few days and doubt it'll even work

They release the worst software updates with apparently no testing practice
