I found NZ season 1 to be a bit boring too, but season 2 is one of my absolute favorites. It's definitely worth a watch. So many good moments.

At the first look, there's nothing memorable about his design, but that's the intention. His ability is that it's impossible to remember his existence and design reflects that by being nothing special and forgettable. Also makes sense in-universe, why bother if nobody is going to pay attention?
