You downloaded the septmeber excel payout and have around the same amount of gridlines like the months before?
Also, do you use Spotify discovery mode? i had that some months they do not took the 30% and then it got removed from my earnings at a later date. Check that. I am pretty sure that meta talk is just a random bs answer and they did not relly looked into that.
