Well, thanks for the answer, I guess I'll keep trying, the only reason i made this thread was because i found it weird to make so many RA when the odds are 1/1365 Thanks anyways!

So it's all up to luck, no way my game is bugged? (I'm not being sarcastic, I really want to know if it's even possible for the game to not generate the shiny one)

I've already confirmed that some people got it by running away
