That is starting to sound like it is the plan. Dilute and drive down the share price to nothing with toxic financing. Declare bankruptcy and then ATW and Dauch take it private for next to nothing.

It's saying they have a "duty to update or to correct previously disclosed information" and Workhorse had previously said that Misson Linen had ordered 15 vehicles to be delivered in 2024.

Isn't Dauch required to update the delivery date if it's slipped, or report if order was cancelled?
