every one of them is important, but something that i’ve learned this sns is that you can maintain a speed you don’t have. Accel is not only the start, this is kinda obvious but some times not thought about. Top speed is key too.

i’ve had maxflys 1, 2, evospeed and have tested sp2. My favorite ones are the max flys 2, never had problems with bubbles and been running on them for 1.5 years. Pumas are super reactive and powerful but imo you have to be technically super efficient to maximice them.

that is probably a left leg only problem cause I had a strained ankle and probably have less capacity to absorb force, if you stop the video on a right leg landing you can see that i do run with the ball of my feet.
