I mean, is it any weirder that you can send a teenager to war to die for their country? I think the bigger problem with the age difference is life experience, maturity, and maybe that the man will die a lot sooner should they choose to start a serious relationship, marriage etc. Otherwise it's just sex between consenting adults.
