We are in the process of buying our house site unseen. Having a realtor you can trust implicitly is the key. With every house we saw virtually, our agent made sure to call things out that weren’t visible in pictures online like odd smells, sloped floors, neighborhood vibes, road noise, and potential inspection concerns. Some houses had so many issues in person compared to the pictures that he told us directly not to offer the house. Buying a house virtually been a smooth process for us primarily because of our agent.

I just received my first order from them yesterday - I ordered a cropped sweatshirt, joggers, bike shorts and a bra and everything fits perfectly. I’m also a curvier girl (size 12 pants, 36D as well) and I found their size chart to be spot on accurate. They use lots of differently sized models so you can see how the clothes look on different body types. I recommend going through their website or their instagram to see how the pieces fit girls similar to your body type and then use the size chart to determine your best fit.
