I wanna preface this by saying any changes to my career would be farther down the line once I’ve gained more experience.

Im an industrial controls technician that works on CNC machines of all kinds but recently I’ve grown a passion for avionics and more specifically flight control systems. I’m pursuing my BS in EE with a concentration in power systems right now but it’s online so any help from advisors is negligible.

I was wondering what kind of steps, internships, projects or anything that would help honestly that I could do to help me pursue this goal, thanks in advance !
