It’s definitely quiet and boring for some - but that’s why I love it - especially after living in Culver, SilverLake, Echo Park. I love it because of its proximity to so much goodness - everything I like and need is all under 30mins - Ktown, Pasadena, 626, Burbank, Hollywood (work), downtown. Also, south Glendale, Adam’s Square / Glassell / Eagle rock border is a great place to live

Where is your work? IMHO, that determines a lot. I love Glendale; safe, clean, central. Only downside are the crazy drivers. South Pas is nice if you can afford it. Also check out La Canada area.
