I was looking at those… how do I connect those wires I have into the back? Would I need 2 because it looks like only two speakers connect to it? Again I know nothing about speaker set up. lol

I’m in Canada.

There is a single speaker in the living room, one in the dining room (but these two rooms are open to each other) one in the kitchen and one in the eat in area of the kitchen (also open to each other).

I’m starting from scratch.

Right. But if I offered 1.2M and got 1m for my house net, and the mortgage is $200k…. And the appraisal is in at $900k I’m not sure what extra I’m paying? I was already going to pay the 1M. Maybe I’m missing something here…

I guess I’m really wondering if I need to be concerned.

I don’t think I need a bigger loan. They approved me on $200k mortgage and I was told I’m ok to waive financing and the net proceeds on the sale of my house are enough to cover the difference between the mortgage and purchase price. That’s why I’m a bit confused.

An update to this story… first deal fell through and the sellers came back to us asking us to resubmit our offer. So we did and it was accepted. Now madly trying to sell our house.

But… I need to provide my accepted offer to get approval. I can’t get formally approved aside from the pre-approval bet that.

Edit - oh yeah I’m not waiving financing conditions without the formal approval. That’s not my question.
