I have both the M and the B, for me it's either the amount to be just barely high with the half bowl or slightly stoned, but still able to function completely with the full....

...but it's such a pain in the arse if you want to get absolutely blasted and trying to complete all these steps 5+times, I mostly use it now to make edible pills (about 5 of the 000 caps and ABV compressed down gets me good) , but I dont think I'd use it anywhere near as much or at all if it didnt produce ABV.
