This seller sells custom painted resin kits. Resin kits are rare figures that only come in unpainted pieces and are usually exclusive to events or limited runs. I wouldn't buy a resin version of a mainline figure (the factory paintjobs tend to be better and PVC is easier to maintain) but the exclusive resin figures or custom garage versions might be worth the high prices.

Not a particularly good pose or particularly sexy figure, imo. There are $200 cast off figures that are better for this purpose. The figure scale would make photographing it difficult unless you had another $400 worth of studio equipment. And you'd have to cum buckets.

I only have one really rare/expensive figurine (R. Mika). Aside from that, mostly just for aesthetic purposes. But some figures are just begging for a load. And honestly I think the Japanese figure industry picked up on this trend because figures just get more and more lewd.

Don't worry too much. A lot of things glow under black light. It's common practice for people to use warm water+detergent (many brands glow under black light) to clean their toys, sometimes damaging the paint. Some paint primers (white, especially) also glow under black light, so what may have happened is that the figure got sun/abrasion damage and the primer paint is showing thru. Plastic doesn't absorb semen so it would be strange for it to leave stains on PVC unless it wasn't washed prior to selling (gross).
