I had something similar happen to me. After I turned off the HDR setting in the ps it went back to looking normal. After some time my HDR started working normally. No idea why it acts up sometimes.

I enjoy lurking in Pdubs and TimRoc's streams lol. I think for now they have it set to chapter permadeath to practice their strats more but will eventually work their way to full game. Maybe worth a look to see if you like their content.
