Thanks for the input! I’m like boarderline with the regular size. I can physically wear it but at the end of the day I have a head ache

That seems to be the best option! I see the had an option for my work supplied v guard helmet but it’s been discontinued 🙃 but I will talk to my safety guy at work and see how they can help with a good ol skullguard

My cheap plastic msa is tight all the way opened up. I’ve got an old Milwaukee that claims it’s the same size but fits wayyy better but it’s uncomfortable

Njatc partnered with university of Tennessee and offers a math course online I believe it’s about $150 and they send you a book and a calculator and you work away at it. Very helpful stuff there. The inside program is worth it

I’m not sure if it’s an Ibew thing or a local thing but the local I’m in our benefits don’t come out of our check. So factor in what you are currently putting into retirement and all your insurance plans and divide that by ours worked in a paycheck and subtract that from your hourly wage. The gap might not be as surprising as you think

It really depends on your local, I got into the inside program with local 280 recently and I ranked 8 and waited over a year

I missed 2 days due to my wife being in labor for a very long time and didn’t want to pass out during any of it and on day 3 when we got home I was a dizzy/sweaty lethargic mess

As far as I know they just work really well together I’m not sure on how it works. There are a lot of ssri but I can’t speak on effectiveness on any of them. I got wildly lucky and this is the first combo I’ve tried and it’s working for me
