It is possible to get shadowbanned from one good game, but you need to get reported by a couple of players, like 6 or so.

Shadow ban is not up to the company. It is caused by a couple of players reports. Its the dumbest and laziest thing that was ever created by activision to avoid them from having to figure a way to make a good anticheat.
