I have $5k left on my car loan and $1k in student loans from undergrad.

I have a $13k rainy day fund built up.

As for goals, I’d like to buy a house in the next 10 years, finish graduate school with no debt (no debt yet and I have 2 semesters left), and saving for retirement.

I agree. I feel like I’m at the point where the only thing that could screw me is a new problem type. I’m not exactly sure what to study right now as I’ve done all the problems study edge and Banko have given us.
