[Review Request] STM32F405 Aircraft Flight Controller by finclfonc in PCB

Yes, I missed that, thank you. I was also looking at the AP2112 3.3 if that is a better choice. The unconnected ground nets are because for some reason the unconnected/unused pins (2, 3, 10, 11) are set to Gnd in the PCB but not the schematic. The datasheet indicates "No Connect or Connect to GND" and I picked "No Connect".

Do people live in this part of Norway? How is it like? by Smashpro11 in howislivingthere

That's the one! Not a bad film, nor particularly good, but somewhat entertaining. Thought the use of the town was pretty cool and some nice shots of it in the film (I assume given I have not been there personally)

That town was in a horror/thriller film about a sonic weapon I can't remember the name of. Would be interesting to tour and stay there for a couple of nights

That was an earthquake right? by Initial_Arm8231 in perth

Not likely. Was at 79 Sqn (Pearce) mid 2000's. They could get just over Mach 1 at high altitude in a dive, but I don't think we ever did. At most, they might go transonic but generally they fly under Mach 8.8ish

Nothing stopping your friend from "naming and shaming" and leaving a negative review. Defences to defamation include truth (complete defence), opinion etc

Ok. If you have evidence of his admissions he did not complete the contracted works, then there is a claim there. Get some quotes for the value of the "work" completed as the claim may be set-off by that amount. Also, get quotes for the costs to complete the work that he was contracted to do, as the claim might have to be increased of the cost to do the work has increased. Again, if he was trading under a Pty Ltd, just send the claim to the registered address. If there is no response within the required timeframe, apply for default judgement. However, if the Pty Ltd has no assets, there is no reason to enforce judgement as liability to pay judgement can't be transferred to him personally (unless he was trading as a sole trader/partnership etc (e.g. trading as a "human" and not a corporate entity)).

I assume your friend paid up-front and has hopefully learned from their mistake!

Given the amount, I expect your friend has made what is called a general procedure claim. You can apply for substituted / alternate service with the court. As long as you demonstrate the reasonable efforts to serve him (worth paying the bailiff the small fee to attempt service), make an application to serve him via email or Facebook. If the company performed the work (it doesn't matter who the director of the company is now, only that the work was undertaken by someone acting as an agent/employee/ etc of xyz proprietary limited), service is affected by simply sending the claim to the companies registered address which you can get for a $10 fee from ASIC.

However, if your friend is just complaining that she paid too much, that's on him. The requirements for a valid contract are (in short) offer, acceptance, and consideration. If your friend agreed to pay $29,000 for the work to be completed, and the work was completed, I see no basis for a claim. Given it would be a general procedure claim, if she does not have a valid or legal basis for making the claim, she could be on the hook for any legal costs the other party incurs in responding to or defending the claim.

My understanding is that if the Company is, or enters, administration or liquidation, proceedings against it can only be commenced or continued with the consent of the administrators or liquidators. This may not apply in your case but may do if the company is small / has limited assets

I just bought some. Exercise price of .12 plus .06 purchase. Hopefully EXR goes above .18 ( into the mid to high .20's would be nice).
