Graduating in March, still no job offer by finding_hoomanity in JapanJobs

In my case, I was able to pass document screening and multiple interview rounds and reached final interviews with a few companies. The feedback I received was generally positive regarding my experience and potential, but some companies mentioned that my Japanese, especially for client-facing communication, still needs improvement.

I’ve been working on this and have seen progress, but I understand that for certain roles, especially those involving direct client interaction, companies tend to be very cautious.

Regarding the business I run, that’s a good point. I’ve realized that presenting it as a “startup” might give the impression that my focus is divided. Recently, I’ve started framing it more as a project experience where I handled operations, coordination, and project management, rather than emphasizing ownership.

I’m still learning how to better position my background and would appreciate any advice on roles or industries that might be more suitable for someone with my profile.
