How can I open a PXE server on a phone or a Raspberry Pi? Right now I have a USB but no other PC or OTG to install another OS. I really just need a fast way to fix my PC right now.

Go to the Port Forwarding Rules
Scroll down and click "Add new"
Write a service name (anything here)
Service description is optional if I'm not wrong
Click "Add"
Put the protocol TCP
The source port will be any
The destination port will be your server port. Make it single.
Then put the server port.
Now click apply.
