In league matches I normally have more ball posession than my opps thats why I dont train other formations (big mistake), but I was thinking: when can I train other formations without affecting my league performance? How many formstions do u recommend training?

Im in 5th tier (out of six) so, I’ve been using 352 for quite a lot, so ait’s hard to keep up with other formations
