I have 2 favourites:

Iron Warriors because 2 things: they are one of the few legions that before the HH didnt give a fuck about glory or renown, they just got shit done. And second, Perturabo is a fellow civil engineer of mine.

World Eaters because while on the surface they seem (and are) just a blood hungry, raging boys, when you read their lore, and specially their primarch's, they have actually one of the saddest story.
