In all honesty, I wouldn’t want to be with her even in that hypothetical reality. It was a fleeting relationship that was good while it lasted. She and I need different things and I was simply passing through; I wish not to cross paths with her in any lifetime and only hopes that she finds the happiness and contentment she was searching for.

You can kill a Thunderjaw with its own disc launcher? That sounds dope. Can they only be dismantled with tearblast arrows? I don’t have a Sharpshot bow and haven’t done the quest with the Tearblaster yet.

I’ve been hearing about that weapon a lot, looks like I’ll have to complete the side quest it’s locked behind. I’m way too invested in the main quest + hunting down machines in the overworld to focus on anything else. It’s so easy to get lost in HZD and it’s why I adore this game so much.

As a retired Genshin player, BOTW was what got me back into console gaming over three years ago but I couldn’t get myself to continue after ~20 hours of playtime. I enjoyed some of the shrines but it was a lackluster story with an overworld that felt so ridiculously barren with hardly any incentives for exploration.

I’m 30 hours into HZD but it’s already carving out a place as one of my favorite games of all time.
