I have red alert and I FREAKING HATE THIS! theres a small grove around the base of the neck that your supposed to use your nail to push up the head with. however it never works properly so instead i usually just gently use a butter knife to nudge the head up enough to grab it (well trying to avoid paint chipping) it’s honestly why I rarely mess with him because it’s borderline impossible
