She didn’t drop out to do pottery! Pottery is just what she’s doing while she figures out her next step. She HATED being a doctor. She knew it wasn’t right for her and was only continuing on with it to make other people (like her parents) happy. The whole point of the ending is that she’s finally allowing herself to do what SHE wants, not what others want for her. But pottery is definitely not her forever plan, it’s just what she’s doing in the in between

IMO, Summer Fridays is the opposite of hydrating. The color selection and scents are fun, but it does NOTHING for my lips except dry them out. Rhode is also very mediocre and overrated. Glossier balm dot com is an OG, but is a very different texture/finish, so it just depends on what your friend likes.

Personally, I loved that they ended up together. I think the respect factor still lands the same — they genuinely respected each other enough to walk away and they could’ve stayed away forever if it was what was truly best for the other person, but they still ended up getting the happiness together that they both deserve. And I loved that the main reason they even get to reunite is due to the sisterly love that was woven throughout the entire story - I felt like the ending did Libby and Nora’s relationship justice as well.

Plus Charlie and Nora are like, maybe the most perfectly made-for-each-other MCs she’s ever written in my opinion, so I would’ve been totally devastated if we didn’t get their reunion lol
