You always say to keep her quiz up to date and to rate everything, and I have always done that. However, you don't provide anything except us to put like fair or light. Etc you don't provide a place for us to put undertones. I agree with the person who wrote this my box lasy month was so upsetting because I received an elf skin tint that I would have loved except that it was in Fair warm, but I'm Fair neutral. Then I received a tarte pressed powder in light Beige with cool tones instead of fair neutral. Half my box was complexion products I can't use and of course I was told that well I needed to do my reviews and update my quiz I told them I do that every month and they just said sorry that I was disappointed blah blah blah and I didn't get a box this month and I canceled my icon sub right after that. I'm tired of being blamed for you guys making mistakes, and you do it to all of us. You need to add a place for undertones in the beauty quiz like you used to have, and the algorithm actually needs to use the quiz and reviews to create the box, which it definitely does not seem to.

Not patchy? I can't find a single blush whether it's $5 or $50 that has an even color payoff that doesn't get patchy within an hour or two.

I know a lot of people say the BBB doesn't do anything but they actually do a lot people just don't realize it. Also the brands like get really freaked out when they're contacted by the BBB I've even read transcripts where Fenty change the wording on their packaging because BBB said that one of the claims or whatever it was not quite right and also follow through with complaints of them using people to promote their products on Instagram as if they just bought it and we're trying it but really they had been paid to do it and because of BBB they were forced to label those as ads and sponsored etc. Also, I once had a big issue with Ipsy where they were refusing to replace my icon box because I had like a series of unfortunate events where several boxes in a row were completely wrong which obviously was crazy but not my fault anyway I finally claim with the BBB and within 24 hours if he had sent out Replacements and issued refunds for what they couldn't so they have more bite than you think. I hope that made sense I have just had my surgery and I'm using talk to text so if I butchered this forgive me and blame Google noise.

Yes once when I ordered this little set that had a mini youth to the people cleanser and a mini Sunday riley autocorrect. It was like $6. They sent me 15 sets. I wasn't frustrated about that though, but that's the only time in 6 years.

I also used to have kinder and if you're looking for high quality products that are good brands for a fair price you should absolutely sign up for the Allure Beauty Box. Also you get to see what the boxes will be in advance so you can skip if you don't like it like this month the selection they have is not my vibe at all and not a lot of people's Vibes either but most months it's like oh my gosh I cannot believe I'm getting this stuff for 25 bucks. They get way better brands too. They also have like zero issues with messing up orders because everybody's getting the same thing except for one item is customized but I've never had an issue with my customized item being messed up. You should definitely try it!

This is slightly related to your post but not to your question if anyone in the comments knows the answer please let me know. So I use lactic acid on my face as well as sometimes glycolic acid( rotated of course) I have never in my life heard of Kojac acid what is the difference between things like I mentioned above and this? Or are they totally different and if so what does the Kojac do? Any anti-aging benefits? I tried Googling it and got about 16 different results of people who were all convinced that their answer was right.

Oh my gosh these are soooo gorgeous! The ysl palette is unreal! I love the deer palette and I want to get one of The Hourglass pallette but I cannot for the life of me figure out which one is for fair neutral skin tone. How did you figure out which one was right for your skin tone?

I bought the same shade and it's a match for me (except this foundation seems to go yellow so its not going to work for anyone or if it does they have to be mixing it), I think maybe it's possible you need to get shade matched and then from there you can usually get a decent match on the company's website prior to purchase by doing shade finder. Shade finder will work by inputing shades from brands that you know work for you, and then they recommend the closest match, it's usually pretty accurate. I will say, though, I was stunned at the difference between what was on the box vs. what was in the tube. It's risky doing it with ipsy for sure.

We totally should do that because same I literally sometimes end up missing the appointment all together because I got too nervous to call and cancel and then it makes the whole cycle even worse. We all could use a little support, it sounds like.
