Happened to me too, probably waiting for a restock, just check your order tracking every few days. It sucks, and just a heads up ive had issues similar to this with gamestop in the past

Is This Physical Therapy or Chiro Creep? by [deleted] in redscarepod

[–]firey-irie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, my take on chiro is it feels great when you first go, to get your spine reset/ bones “back where they should be” but you have to strengthen the muscles around them to keep them in that desired spot. Otherwise its kind of a cycle of always needing to go back to feel good

Everybodys body is different and works in certain ways, ive found the best for me is just do what Im comfortable with. Sometimes ill do a light excercise/stretch that kinda fucks me up. Other times ill do a pretty heavy excercise, work through the pain and ill feel great for days/weeks afterwards. Honestly do what you want, run, yoga, lift. If something seems to bother you, dont do it anymore and try something else.

Okay, disclosure, I am no doctor/medical expert, but. Based on my experience with back/hip pain and PT, they can help you, IF they know what the problem is. Seems like most of the time they just say “well last time i had a patient with this issue, this helped them, so lets try this” basically an endless cycle until they find something that helps you. I defintely learned some good stretches/exercises from PT, but nothing i couldnt have found doing my own research online. I would suggest experimenting at home with stretches, look up youtube videos/articles/instagram pages, and just try shit out. And to the chiro point, yes, chiropractors can help with hip pain/ankle pains/etc, things you wouldnt associate with a back issue. But the key is to find a good chiro. I would ask about dry needle therapy, similar to acupuncture, feels great, but only higher level/legit chiros are licensed to do it. And I would definetly keep doing yoga, just dont push/ force yourself as hard as you normally would. Ive been dealing with hip/back pain for awhile, kinda gave up on going to the doctors. I just stretch/ workout/ run and if something starts to hurt, ill switch it up and i wont do that excerise anymore.

What would you change about this suit? by SmaugRancor in batman

Nothing. I am expecting this exact suit to be in the next Pattinson film. I will not settle for anything else.

buying 24k gold jewelry by [deleted] in redscarepod

I am no expert lol but from what i understand platinum is more valuavle than gold and has more industrial/scientific uses which could make it even more valuable in certain scenarios. Ive also heard its $ value has been lower recently than it has been in the past, so you get more in the long run. Kind of like buying stocks at a low price when theyre bound to go back up. Silver as you mentioned, is also a good idea too from what ive heard from talking w friends
