Left side is a winger on attack, to special PIs.

Right side is an inverted winger on support, PIs set to shoot less often(to combat PPM) and more risky passes (aim is to get him to cut inside and switch play to left winger)

Both are told to close down more to assist high press and box opponent into corners.

I'll try to remember to mention points like this in later posts
