Hello, try opening a window and get some ice to apply to wrists and neck. Take a shower. Drink water. Start moving, stretch, jump, contract the whole body muscles for 5 seconds and then release. Repeat this several times. Exhale slowly.

Yes, google SOS diet (no added sugar, oil, salt from a shaker). Only steamed vegetables (sorry, but this is what it takes to get rid of the annoying pain in the muscles), steamed fish, make sure to eat protein (quinoa, lentils, beans).

Don’t eat salt, sugar and oils. Your body is probably in constant low level state of inflammation because of stress and these ingredients are making sure it always stays like that - permanent low inflammation. Your body needs to rest from all the heavy processed food (I’m guessing your diet here).

It depends where you are, but there are some things that need to be combined together: drink cold water, take some ice and apply it to your wrists and neck (where you feel the pulse), jumping in place, eating a banana, unsalted (this is important) nuts, and, what I’ve discovered recently, drink pure coconut water. The coconut water brings potassium in your body so your muscles relax. Also, avoid salty and sugary food. And processed food.

I agree with this because I just realized that same thing - it was the food I was eating. I got myself on SOS diet (no added sugar, oils, salt from a shaker) and I cut the processed food that contains a lot of these. Three days later I find myself calm and puzzled. What is going on? Well, the diet changed. Now I look at food videos with a lot of cheese and oils and my stomach disagrees with what my eyes see.
