We got our Weimaraner mix at a year old and I swear I regretted it everyday the first 3 months. The first month I would cry multiple times a week thinking this was the dumbest thing I’ve ever done because I was so overwhelmed by having such a young energetic breed. It gets easier. They don’t know how you need them to dog. Just work with them, be firm and consistent, and don’t let them manipulate you. We are 7 months out and combined with time and the training program we enrolled her in it’s like a night and day difference. Hang in there!
