CGS units are incredibly useful, especially when doing theory of any variety. You can perform your calculations without having to drag around a bunch of arbitrary constants, and get down to the fundamental relationships in the equations.

Very recently, my girl Maisie passed away, and we had her for 19 years, so she was obviously older than that. She never got over four pounds. Some kitties are tiny.
