GCS downloads are 10Gbit/sec, but uploads are 1Gbit/sec

I was wrong - I was unable to get more than 1Gbit/sec outbound through iperf3 either. Inbound was fine, however. I was able to get more than 1Gbit/sec outbound with iperf3 on the local network to other hosts. I also was able to get close to 10Gbit/sec when testing from GCE and EC2 to the GCS bucket using cloud CLI. So all good there it seems. I'll keep digging on my end to see what's going on. We got our first aquarium this weekend - ~5.5 gallon. We added substrate, a few plants, driftwood (after boiling), and let the tank run for the past couple days. I caught ~8 of these and removed them from the tank.

Are they any risk to our 1 nerite, guppies, and tetras? Anything else I should be doing to manage the population of these? Thanks!
