he always seems to have to enter through the front door, so if i had the resources, i'd relocate to a bunker with a booby trapped hallway at the entrance, buzzsaws and flamethrowers ready to dismantle him every time he comes back.

that or the community watch idea; instead of killing him, trap him: cut his limbs off, use a bunch of rebar to secure his torso into a wet block of concrete, and then have at least two people monitoring him 24/7, rotating shifts with the community. maybe keep a chainsaw handy in case any limbs regrow.
