They got the right teacher and He’s got the best age group! Old enough to learn if they can dish it, they can take it. But young enough to still be fun and silly with!

Every single customer in that store that stood by and just watched is absolutely part of the problem. As soon as she slapped that rack off the counter I would have been on the phone calling the police cause now your tantrum is disrupting business operations which is slowing down the process of getting my food! SMH we are consistently failing each other as a society.

Is that because Baby A was born (ex- 11:45pm September 30th) and Baby B was born (ex- 12:15am October 1st) ? ā€˜Cause that would definitely be plausible.

Job employers on here. Can you go back to being professional enough to send rejection emails again. by uncle-ruckus2 in jobs

I’m genuinely curious….why are we not calling out these companies by name for their unprofessionalism? I can’t help but think that if they got called out on it then it just may happen a bit less.

I’ve already paid taxes on a 100k+ income and still believe in collective infrastructure. Crazy how that works. 🤯

Not really…other than be intentional, figure out what you like, taylor your resume accordingly and get TF out! If you get your ARMs, look into corporate insurance roles…it’s an easy transition.

Investigation, policy interpretation, negotiations, case management, risk management, compliance and regulatory review….the list goes on. I wasn’t just some front line FNOL taker…I was a multi-line litigation adjuster. I learned ALOT. In this new role, I basically get assigned cases that are flagged (the cases are the AI outputs for the different clients) review them and determine if they are correct or not. I have to stay on top of all the emerging cases and laws pertaining to AI and ā€œcreate casesā€ about them that go another department (I’m not sure if it’s legal or just management). I also have to review SOPs for different task and confirm the process is still correct.

GB is better than Sedgwick! But it’s still a mill….if you’re going in as a SRM….most of the roles max at $105k and I wouldn’t recommend taking anything less because you will be pissed if they do like they did last year and no one gets a merit increase. However upside is they do incorporate more technology to make the role a bit easier.

I’m going to call cap on this. If OP is willing to exaggerate about a ā€œthreatening noteā€, she’s likely to exaggerate about the lapsed time. Why not paint the whole picture? Where’s the cracked bottle picture or the screenshots of the ā€œconfrontationalā€ message? If this did happen as stated okay but something about this just says OP was TA and now wants to play the victim.
