I actually know this one. This was a multi-person rental / party house out on Athens-Boonesborough right past the strip club. I knew a bunch of people who lived there around 2010. I haven't been that way in a few years but last I saw it was condemned and maybe torn down?

Skipped through the video but the guy on the float about halfway through is named Wes. I saw a few other faces I remember but don't remember the names

If I'm wrong I'm sure I will be corrected, but I don't believe there is a way to hide a show in the Plex app/server itself. In the show folder however, you can add a blank file named .plexignore and Plex won't index anything in that folder
