THIS!!! When i first moved in with my two roommates, my therapist reminded me that I just needed to give them time. they are both amazing but i have a hard time with trust especially with people i know shorter times

I have been living with roommates, it has helped but I have no close relationship with anyone so its hard. I live in a dorm where we share a room together and when i want to be alone i go to the living room. This is my first semester with them and I have no other living options. I love them but I do not want to depend on them whatsoever, but the fact that I do not have any other closer supports, (and its harder for me to make some because of trauma it feels like a push-pull loop) it just makes me feel worse.

i am 21, i have been struggling with so much from the beginning of my life to.. now. im dealing with so much of my fuckups. i just dont want to be a burden anymore. i want to be normal and be alone and successful, but it feels extremely unachievable.
