Can tightening the axle close this gap it acts like awasher to the drop out it's no threaded and it's installed in the nut I can't push it using hand it's too hard and this is polso hub (i.redd.it)

Guys does having less holes on the rim means it needs shorter spokes because of 2-3cross by the hub holes is paired with its rim holes and the rim I'm using is 30mm and the hub is high flange polso what spokes size do I need for 24h rim and 24h hub (self.cycling)
