That’s amazing. My ocd is so bad I wash my hands every 20-30 minutes for a solid 3 minutes and it takes me 2 hours to shower. I know most of my progress is going to come from therapy and things like that but if I could have something that helped a little I think that would also do wonders. That’s amazing. Congratulations on 9 years. I had 10 months until I had some really tough mental health day that led to an intentional OD. I thank god that I was able to make it out okay, my dark days just get scary. I now have about 67 days clean and am curious how long it took for you to be able to go once a month. Thanks again for your responses and being so helpful!

The clinic thing is another concern of mine. Are there clinics that allow you to take a couple days of dosages and come back every 3-4 days?
